- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipping

Please Note: We currently do not ship to Asia and select remote regions. If you’re unsure about your location’s eligibility, feel free to contact us before ordering!
Returns & Exchanges
At Movie & TV Shows Shop, your satisfaction is our magical mission! While we strive for perfection with every order, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary.
Our Return & Exchange Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. This gives you plenty of time to ensure your new fandom gear is exactly what you dreamed of!
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Original packaging should be intact and included
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items That Cannot Be Returned
To protect all our fans and maintain our quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Jewellery Stickers (due to their adhesive nature and personal application)
- Coin Bags & Pouches that show signs of use or wear
- Any items that have been opened from their original sealed packaging if the seal was part of the product protection
- Products that have been personalized, customized, or altered in any way
The Return & Exchange Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for your request.
We’ll email you with return authorization and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Package your item securely and send it to our return address. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
When your return is approved:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item
